The people involved in this genocide are the Janjaweed, which is the Sudanese rebels, the African Mission Union in Sudan who are the people who are trying to put an end to this genocide. Some other groups involved are the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) factions and the NRF alliance of Chad which is a bordering country. The government of Sudan was denying that they support this genocide in their country but they have been known to give the Janjaweed money to help supply them with what they need. There hasn't been any thing close to having a trial because this conflict is still going on so no, its not really like the Nurembug Trials. There will probably be a trial after the conflict is resolved.
